Japanese doll with golden folding fan, 1980's
Lovely Japanese
traditional
doll represents a young beautiful noble lady dressed
with brilliant designed kimono and with rich adorned hair
style and with golden folding fan hand-painted with plum
blossom motif in her hand.
Her wonderful upper silk kimono's long right sleeve hand
painted with flowers and plants is thrown off to reveals
silver colored silk brocaded under kimono designed with
chrysanthemum flowers motif. And her another under kimono
is white with golden flowers.
Her silk brocaded sash obi belt tied on her back and adorned
with salmon-pink color silk scarf and golden rope. Her black
hair dresses in late Edo style and adorned with carved comb,
dark-orange ribbon and two long hair-pins with plum
flowers as well .as with silver bira-bira
pin. The doll is in excellent conditions with no damage.
